Easter eggs and curls!

With Easter just around the corner I figured I better get these pictures up on the blog before the holiday had past and nobody cared :)

Something about the brightly colored Easter eggs just makes me so dang happy!  I eat a LOT of eggs these days...and I swear I'm going to start buying extra dye kits when they are on sale for like 10 cents after the holidays just so I can have pretty eggs all year long.

I mean - I can't tell what's cuter...these little peanuts of mine or these brightly colored eggs.

Oh!  And - I splurged on rollers for the girls the other day.  I mean - you just gotta love Amazon.  $8 and two days later I had a set of "benders" that we used to make the girls hair curly.  They were all for it until the next morning when Abby decided she was worried the other kids wouldn't recognize her (or would pull her curls like Ramona does in the Ramona book series...).

I swear, this kid!  She just cracks me up!  There were literal, real tears that morning.  HAHA!  At least I was able to avoid having to give her a 6 am bath to get the curls out.  I stuck it up in a pony tail and for the most part she was fine with it.  Though, she's requested "no benders" after all baths since that day.

Hazel on the other hand embraced the curls!  She loved them...and so did I.  I need some practice one which rods work best (I don't love the tiny pin curls) but we'll give it another go and see if I can convince Abby to like them again.

No morning is complete without a "tiny widdle tiny cheese square".  This kid, she's like her dad!  All cheese...all the time...no matter if its 6 am or 6 pm...it's time for cheese!
